We want you to be totally in love with your Very Vintage Pets product and we firmly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every item we make. If something does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us so we can make it right!

All custom made to order items - (matching leashes, 1.5" width collars, any sort of customizations) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange (unless damaged or incorrectly made).

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it with all tags attached.

• Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges
• Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive store credit
• We cannot accept returns after 60 days

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

EXCHANGES

Please reach out to us with a message with info about exchanging. Equal exchanges can be processed via email - different sizing exchanges must be completed with a credit and repurchase of the new item.
